Shipping destinations

We currently ship to Italy and other countries within the European Union.

Shipping rates

Shipping within Italy is free for orders over €99.00. For orders below €99.00, shipping costs €6.00.

Shipping to other countries within the European Union is free for orders over €200.00. For orders below €200.00, shipping costs €9.99.

The applicable shipping rate will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order processing

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During launches, holidays or periods of high demand, preparation may take slightly longer.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and begin once your order has been dispatched. Any delivery estimates provided are indicative and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@mugoobjects.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

Delays and lost parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside our control. If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at info@mugoobjects.com and we will assist you in contacting the carrier.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@mugoobjects.com and include your order number and photographs of the parcel and item so that we can evaluate the issue.
